    The location is convenient. The prices are appropriate for the size of the unit you rent. The office and gate hours are easy to remember and access. Rent can be paid on-line or with a phone call; receipts can be sent right away if you need them. Rents can also be paid month-to-month or several months in advance. The office also sends out payment reminders a week or so before your rent is due, so personal budgeting is easy.

    Tammy is the office manager and she is the world's BEST manager, bar none. She was super-helpful when I set up my account but her true colors shined the brightest when she helped in emptying my unit (mostly old stuff which went to donation) and in finding an honest buyer for my car. I had endured months of one scammer after another; I talked with Tammy and within an hour she introduced the first (and only, as it turned out) person who was sincere and bought the car.

    Thank you for **everything** you have done, Tammy! You are the BEST!!

    You won't go wrong if you rent a unit from this self storage facility. The prices are reasonable and the location is great. The manager, Tammy, is very professional and helpful. She keeps the place clean and knows what's going on and keeps a close eye on the grounds. I've never had to worry about security here. There are a lot of crappy storage facilities in San Diego county. This is not one of them.

    I called for ink asking questions and the representative asked me more questions and never replied to any of my questions. Then she hanged the phone on me that was so unprofessional how do you hire people with no customer service skills?
    I was skiing here the sizes so that I can decide how many boxes I can fit, and she replied with a question of the number of boxes that I have. I’m asking her the sizes and the prices only!!!! She could just list them and give me the price , I don’t need her advice for deciding which one will be enough for my boxes because she doesn’t even know the sizes how can she know what I would need. I’m the one who decided my budget and I could decide how many boxes to fit there. You need to pick the once with good customer service skills, otherwise you will lose more potential customers
