  WARNING!!!WHOLEBODY CRYOTHERAPY CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS!!! I RECEIVED FROSTBITE AND NERVE DAMAGE FROM DOING WHOLEBODY CRYOTHERAPY AT THERE FACILITY! I workout at the 24 hour fitness in El Cajon and I got injured from working out so I decided to do wholebody cryotherapy. I was going 2-3 times a week for about two months and my girlfriend noticed that I had a huge red scab that covered my whole left forearm. She also noticed that my left hand was blue and purple. I don't k ow how I didn't see it probably because my hands are normally red. Soon after I was having neck pain and numbness that was running down my arm. I had to go to the ER that night. The ER Doctor said I was lucky that my girlfriend alerted me that this was frostbite or I may have lost my left hand had I kept going. It took a couple of weeks for my neck pain and numbness to go away. Finally after three months my symptoms are getting better. Although most people aren't going to be as sensitive to extreme temperatures is it worth losing possibly a hand or a foot? Although you sign waivers I'm sure you'll never hear the staff say this can be dangerous.

I COULD HAVE LOST MY HAND AND MY FOOT BUT LUCKILY MY GIRLFRIEND IS A PROFESSIONAL AND CAUGHT IT ON TIME! YOUR STAFF WAS AT FAULT FOR MY INJURY! IF MY FOREARM WAS PLACED NEAR THE AREA THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE THEN ITS YOUR STAFFS FAULT! THE ONE IN TEN THOUSAND RESPONSE TO SOMEONE GETTING FROSTBITE IS EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT! NOBODY SHOULD GET FROSTBITE!
  
  IM SO INFURATED BY YOUR RESPONSE THAT I WILL NOW SEEK LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR BUSINESS!!! YOUR STAFF IS 100% AT FAULT!!! HOW DARE YOU SAY OTHERWISE!!!
