  This is an excellent school that will guide you to fitness, martial skill, and personal improvement. Whether you are bringing your family or learning yourself, the instructors here will help you meet your goals and beyond.
  
  The atmosphere is very much a fun learning one, where you will be accepted into the White Dragon family. Students of all ages are welcomed, and each person will learn from the basics on, and can experience three different aspects of kung fu including Choy Li Fut, Yang Tai Chi, and the health building and meditative Chi Gung.
  
  Group classes work on basic techniques, conditioning, bagwork, and sparring. Your personal instructor will guide you in private weekly or monthly lessons in techniques (weekly is strongly recommended), traditional forms, conditioning, mental toughness, and even the history of the arts on which they specialize. There are also annual tournaments, and seminars from Grandmaster Doc Fai Wong. As with all activities, you get out what you put in. These are arts that can reward you through a lifetime of training.
  
  I have studied all three of these arts beginning in 2005 and can say without doubt that I am better for it. I have had countless learning moments, and so many friendship building opportunities with my fellow students and the staff, not to mention the fitness regular practice brings.
  
  I very highly recommend that you visit to experience it for yourself. Come in any day they're open to get a tour and introduction, and they'll set you up for introductory lessons.
